Terms & Conditions
An important note before we begin... At Tidy Matters, we deeply understand how emotional and overwhelming organising, decluttering, or home reset can feel. These terms are designed to help us work smoothly together and avoid misunderstandings so your experience remains gentle and purposeful.

Scope of Work
- Our services include decluttering, organising, support for new mums, hoarding assistance, and Access Bars® sessions, depending on your chosen package.
- If you’d like extra support in areas not initially booked (e.g. a different room or additional wellbeing work), just let us know, we'll see if time and availability allow.
Heavy Lifting & Furniture
- We’re happy to move light items, but we don’t handle heavy furniture or complex assembly transports.
- If heavy lifting or furniture assembly is required, we can arrange it for you through trusted providers, let us know in advance so we can quote separately.
Trash, Donations & Recycling
- We can help sort items and arrange donation drop-offs, but this will be included in your booked hours.
- If there’s excess rubbish or you require large-scale removal, we recommend using a professional junk-removal service.
Photos & Social Sharing
- Taking before-and-after photos helps us honour the transformation and share inspiration, but only if you're comfortable.
- Please let us know if you’d prefer your images not be shared on social media or our portfolio.
Payment & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We can’t proceed without it.
- Any hours or services beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.
- Final payment is required upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent on or before the next business day after the session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 72 hours notice. Otherwise, the deposit may be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if needed, if that happens, you’ll receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- Your home and your story are safe with us. We only collect information necessary to support your sessions and never share your personal details without your consent.
